Like many mothers, my love for photography began with snapping photos of my children.  I wanted a way to capture my daughter's curly hair at 3 or the way my son showed his "mean mug" face at 1, or the way my older boys light up when their littler siblings run to them.  I wanted a way to freeze those moments in time so I would never forget them.  And it doesn't even have to be a milestone, a birthday or holiday to capture these moments (although I enjoy these times too) it can just be an ordinary day where an impromptu photo happens that you can look back at with a smile.  The same way a smell can take you back to a memory, a photo is even better.  So my journey into photography began.  I got out of my comfort zone and now photograph more than just my children's photos.  This little adventure has given me so much joy capturing those moments for others as well.  My goal in snapping these photos, is for you to smile when you see your gallery and cherish these photos and always look back with fond memories.  For these little moments are the ones that we should cherish and with them you will always have that photo to freeze that wonderful moment in time.
